Where to start
Every bag carries a starting recipe on the back — dose, water, grind setting relative to a Comandante C40, and time. It is a starting point, not a rule; adjust grind first and leave everything else alone until it tastes right.
If a coffee is not working for you, email us with your recipe and what it tastes like. We will send back a suggestion, and if that fails we will replace the bag.
