How we work

Roast to order, not to stock

Orders placed before Monday midday are roasted Tuesday and dispatched Wednesday. Everything else goes out the following week. It means you wait a few days longer than you would from a supermarket shelf — and you get coffee that is four days old instead of four months.

Green coffee is bought in 60 kg lots from three importers we have worked with since 2019. We publish what we paid per kilogram on every bag, because it is the only number in specialty coffee that actually says something.
